Cold prospecting or cold outreach is finding your target audience and then contacting them with relevant messaging and information to create engagement, interest, and then sales conversions. Cold outreach is effective because it casts a large net around your target audience and then filters out only the qualified leads that are interested in your product or service.
We use a combination of cold email marketing, targeted landing pages, Google ads, and social media ads (META and/or LinkedIn). We build a cold list of potential customers, run our initial outreach campaign, and then create additional retargeting and nurture campaigns based on their engagement.
The client tells us! Is it a form fill, a booked call, a scheduled appointment, a request for more information? We work with our clients to determine what a quality lead is for their sales team and then we create a marketing funnel that delivers!
We need specific data points from you, (industry, job titles, keywords, just to name a few!) and then we build your ideal customer profile. Once we have that, we access hundreds of open data sources (Google, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Glassdoor, etc..) to match and verify each data point. Our unique approach gives us the most accurate list possible.

Our marketing process & what can you expect?
We need 30 days to get everything started. This includes 2 onboarding calls with you to collect the necessary information to build your ideal customer profile. We will also need access to build necessary landing pages on your website and ad campaigns in Google. During the first 30 days we will be building contact list, the email campaigns, writing email copy, building landing pages, building Google ad campaigns and conversion events, building social media campaigns, and working with you to create any auxiliary content we may need for creating offers and lead magnets.
You can expect to see results in months starting the second and third months. Google machine learning will take 30-60 days to really zero in on the target audience. Email responses normally start during the second and third sequences in the funnel that are built for email opens and clicked links. In most cases results will not be immediate, as the first three months are used for making copy adjustments and testing marketing angles. Months 3-6 are where the magic happens.
We require a 3 month contract to start, that is the minimum amount of time to get all the campaigns started and running in order to be able to evaluate their effectiveness. After three months, you can cancel at any time, with 30 days notice. We suggest to plan on a minimum of 6 months to accurately assess ROI.
